§ 21-12-208. CHANGE OF ADDRESS OR NAME.

(a)

Change of address. If any person who has applied for or obtained the registration of a minibike moves from the address given in the application or shown on the registration card, the person shall, within 30 days after the change, notify the Department in writing of the person's former address and new address.

(b)

Change of name.

(1)

If the name of any individual who has applied for or obtained the registration of a minibike is later changed by marriage or by court order or if the name of any other person who has applied for or obtained the registration of a minibike is later changed as provided by law, the person shall, within 30 days after the change, notify the Department of the former name and new name and apply for a corrected registration card on the form that the Department requires.

(2)

On receipt of the application, the Department shall issue a corrected registration card without charge.
