§ 21-12-211. REGISTRATION CARD TO BE CARRIED.

The individual driving or in control of the minibike shall:
(1)

Carry the registration for the minibike at all times; and

(2)

Display the registration, on demand, to any police officer who identifies himself or herself as a police officer.
