§ 21-12-205. FEE; ISSUANCE OF CARD.

When it registers a minibike, the Department shall collect the registration fee established by the County Administrative Officer and issue and deliver to the registrant a registration card that includes:

(1)

The date issued and date of expiration;

(2)

The name and address of the owner and parent or guardian if the owner is a minor;

(3)

The registration number assigned by the Department to the minibike;

(4)

Each serial number assigned to the engine and frame by the manufacturer; and

(5)

A description of the minibike as the Department determines.
