§ 21-12-204. REGISTRATION BY THE DEPARTMENT.

Latest version.

The Department shall:
(1)

File each application for registration that it receives;

(2)

Register the described minibike if it finds that the applicant is entitled to the registration; and

(3)

Keep a record of the registration in a manner that allows identification of the minibike and its owner.
