§ 20-5-123. PERIODIC INSPECTION SCHEDULE.

In addition to inspections authorized under § 20-5-121 of this title, the Engineer shall establish reasonable periodic inspection schedules for each category or subcategory of industrial user. The Engineer or his authorized representative shall inspect each such user in accordance with such schedule for general compliance with the provisions of this title and any permit issued pursuant thereto.
