§ 20-5-107. INSTALLATION OF METERS.

(a)

Any user may install meters or other measuring devices to measure the volume of wastewater discharged to the system. The Engineer may require any user discharging industrial wastewater to install meters to measure the volume of industrial wastewater discharged.

(b)

The installation of any meters or other measuring devices, whether permitted or required, shall be subject to inspection, supervision, and approval by the Engineer. Any user installing a meter or other measuring device shall be responsible for its proper repair and maintenance, and all such devices shall be subject to periodic inspection and testing by the Engineer.
