§ 1-2-214. MINORS AND ADULTS.

  • (a)

    Minors. With regard to legal age and capacity, "minor" refers to an individual who is under the age of 18 years.

    (b)

    Adults. Except as otherwise provided by law:

    (1)

    "Adult", "of full age", and "of legal age" refer to an individual who is at least 18 years old; and

    (2)

    The "age of majority" regarding all rights, powers, privileges, duties, liabilities, and responsibilities is 18 years.
