§ 1-2-213. PROVISIONS CONSTRUED AS CONTINUATION OF EXISTING ORDINANCES.

The provisions of this Code shall be construed as a continuation of the local laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations existing when this Code was adopted to the extent that the provisions are substantially the same and may not be construed as new enactments.
