§ 1-2-215. EFFECT OF AMENDMENTS ON CROSS REFERENCES.

Whenever a provision of the Code refers to another portion of the Code, any other law, or a regulation, the reference applies to any subsequent amendment to that portion of the Code, other law, or regulation unless the referring provision expressly provides otherwise.
