§ 19-3-105. SCOPE OF PERMIT.

(a)

Permit authorization. While a permit is in effect, it authorizes the permit holder to employ officers or deputies only at the locations within the county stated in the application.

(b)

Change of location. The permit holder may not assign officers or deputies to locations other than those authorized in the permit without prior written approval by the Chief or the Chief's designee.
