§ 18-2-411. TERM AND RENEWAL OF PERMIT.

(a)

Permit year. A residential parking permit is valid from August 1 to July 31 of the following year.

(b)

Renewal. The permit holder may renew the permit for each successive year if the permit holder:

(1)

Pays the annual fee for renewal; and

(2)

Complies with any other conditions and procedures specified by the Department of Permits, Approvals and Inspections.
