§ 13-7-309. STORAGE AND DUMPING OF VEGETABLE AND ANIMAL WASTE.

(a)

Required storage. All garbage or refuse consisting of waste animal or vegetable matter on which rats may feed and all small dead animals shall be placed and stored until collected in covered containers approved by the Director.

(b)

Dumping prohibited. A person may not dump on any premises any dead animals or waste vegetable or animal matter of any kind, except on official county disposal sites or other authorized places.
