§ 13-5-104. INSPECTIONS.

(a)

Inspection by force not authorized. This title does not authorize entry by force onto a boat to make an inspection.

(b)

Warrant required. If the owner, tenant, or a person in possession of or in charge of a boat refuses to allow entry for an inspection, an inspection may be allowed only through a lawfully issued warrant.
