§ 13-5-103. USE OF TOILETS ON BOATS AT MARINAS.

(a)

Prohibited. An individual may not use toilet facilities on a boat berthed at a marina.

(b)

Owner of a marina to post notice. The owner of a marina shall post a notice of the prohibition described in subsection (a) of this section in a conspicuous place.
