§ 13-5-105. VIOLATION.

(a)

Penalty.

(1)

A person who willfully violates this title is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $1,000 for each violation.

(2)

Each day of a violation constitutes a separate offense.

(b)

Enforcement. The Director may enforce the provisions of this title in accordance with Article 3, Title 6 of the Code.
