§ 13-4-203. SAME - COUNTY RESPONSIBILITY.

The Department of Public Works shall adopt regulations for residential solid waste collection.

(2)

The regulations shall include quantity of solid waste, type of containers, size of bundles, placement of solid waste, and types of solid waste materials.
