§ 10-2-403. SAME - NOTICE.

(a)

In general. Notices of pending purchases or sales under this subtitle shall be posted on a bulletin board located in the main office of the Purchasing Agent.

(b)

Newspaper notice. When used to give notice to prospective bidders about a purchase or sale under this subtitle, newspaper notice shall:

(1)

Include a general description of the articles to be purchased or sold;

(2)

State where bid blanks and specifications may be secured; and

(3)

State the time and place for opening bids.
