§ 10-2-307. NONDISCRIMINATION CLAUSE REQUIRED.

The county may not make a purchase or award a contract under the provisions of this title, unless the vendor or the contractor agrees, in writing, not to discriminate in any manner, against any employee or applicant for employment because of gender, race, religion, color, or national origin.
