§ 10-2-103. EFFECT ON OTHER PROVISIONS.

(a)

Repeal of inconsistent laws. Except as provided in § 10-2-105 of this subtitle, all public local laws or parts of public local laws in conflict with this title or inconsistent with the provisions of this title are repealed.

(b)

No effect on standard specifications. This section may not be construed to repeal or in any manner affect Baltimore County standard Specifications and Details for Construction, adopted November 1985.
