§ 10-12-103. FINANCING THE FUND.

(a)

Source. The Fund shall be financed from:

(1)

Any and all fees collected under the provisions of § 33-2-603(b) of the Code; and

(2)

Any other funds designated and provided by the county.

(b)

Treatment. Monies provided to the Fund shall be treated as a grant to the Fund.

(c)

Administration. The Fund shall be charged for the expenses of administering the provisions of this title.
