§ 10-12-104. MANAGING THE FUND.

(a)

Custody. The Director of Budget and Finance shall have custody of and account for the Fund according to accepted principles of sound accounting and fiscal management.

(b)

Collection of fees. The Director of Budget and Finance shall collect the fee and shall maintain records in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.

(c)

Payments. The Directors of Budget and Finance and Environmental Protection and Sustainability shall jointly authorize any payments by or charges against the Fund.
