§ 10-11-103. FINANCING THE FUND.

(a)

Charges at county facilities. The Fund shall be financed primarily through user charges on services and the sale of goods provided at the following facilities owned by the county:

(1)

Loch Raven Fishing Center;

(2)

Miami Beach;

(3)

Rocky Point Beach and Park; and

(4)

Oregon Ridge Park.

(b)

County appropriations. Taking into consideration the nature and extent of the benefit to the citizens of the county, the county may make specific budgetary appropriations to the Fund that the county considers suitable.

(c)

Administration. The Fund shall be charged with all expenses of administering the provisions of this title.
