§ 10-11-104. MANAGING THE FUND.
(a)
Custody of the Fund. The Director of Budget and Finance shall have custody of and account for the Fund in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and prudent fiscal management.
(b)
Direction of facilities. The Director of Recreation and Parks shall:
(1)
Direct the operation of county recreational facilities; and
(2)
Provide estimates to the Director of Budget and Finance of the revenues and expenditures of each facility listed in § 10-11-103(a) of this title for the following fiscal year in accordance with § 704 of the Charter.
(c)
Rate setting. The Director of Recreation and Parks shall recommend to the County Administrative Officer user fees for each facility listed in § 10-11-103(a) of this title, which shall reflect an amount sufficient to cover the activities of this Fund and the administrative costs attributable to its operation.
