§ 708. Public hearing.

The secretary of the county council shall cause to be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the county a notice of the place and time of a public hearing or hearings on the budget by the county council. Such hearing or hearings shall be held not less than seven nor more than twenty days after the date of filing of the proposed budget by the county executive.
