§ 542.7. Director of economic and workforce development and personnel.

(a)

The department of economic and workforce development shall be administered by a director who shall be responsible directly to the county administrative officer.

(b)

The department shall have such personnel as deemed necessary to carry out the functions and duties assigned to the department.
