§ 542.3. Director of environmental protection and sustainability and personnel.

(a)

The department of environmental protection and sustainability shall be administered by a director who shall be responsible directly to the county administrative officer.

(b)

The department shall have such personnel as deemed necessary to carry out the functions and duties assigned to the department.
