The county attorney, with the approval of the county executive, may appoint such assistants
to serve as members of the legal staff as may be necessary for the proper conduct
of the public business of the Office of Law, subject, however, to such limitations
as to number, term and compensation as may be provided from time to time by this Charter
or by law.
