§ 5-2-102. "EMPLOYEES" DEFINED.

The terms "employees," "Baltimore County employees," and "county employees" mean and include those officers, employees, and elected officials of Baltimore County, Maryland, full and part time, who receive compensation from the county for services rendered to the county.
