§ 5-2-101. PURPOSE.

The purpose of this title is to authorize the county to establish a voluntary plan whereby employees of the county, including elected officials, may defer portions of their compensation and obtain the tax benefits allowable under § 457 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954.
