§ 4-5-404. DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEDURES - IN GENERAL.

(a)

Waiver of limitation periods. If the parties certify that they are actively engaged in good-faith bargaining and making progress toward an agreement, by mutual agreement in writing, the parties may waive the limitation periods established in this Part II of this subtitle.

(b)

Costs. The parties involved in the dispute shall share equally the costs of both mediation and fact-finding.
