§ 4-2-104. POLICE AND FIRE DEPARTMENT PERSONNEL.

The Personnel and Salary Advisory Board may recommend the adoption and amendment of special rules to govern personnel actions affecting employees of the Fire Department and the Police Department who have taken an oath of office which shall:
(1)

Conform with the objectives of this article;

(2)

Be approved by the County Administrative Officer; and

(3)

Be adopted by the Council before taking effect.
