§ 4-2-103. ROLE OF THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER.
(a)
Transfers due to workload peaks and emergencies. Notwithstanding any other provision of this article, the Personnel Rules shall allow the County Administrative Officer to cause employees to be transferred within or between county agencies to meet workload peaks or emergency conditions.
(b)
May not govern work program. The Personnel Rules may not govern administration of the county's work program, including hours of work and attendance.
