§ 3-9-101. STATEMENT OF AUTHORITY.

In addition to the authority set forth under this subtitle, the General Assembly of Maryland has authorized the county to acquire and convey property in accordance with Chapter 706 of the Laws of Maryland, 1979, as codified in Article 26 of the Code.
