§ 3-5-105. FEES AND EXPENSES.

(a)

Fee schedule. The following fees shall apply to proceedings before the Board of Appeals:

(1)

Appeals from the grant or denial of a special exception $250;

(2)

Petition for reclassification $250; and

(3)

All other hearings or appeals $175.

(b)

Authority of the County Administrative Officer. The County Administrative Officer may:

(1)

As provided in Title 1, Subtitle 2 of this article, change the fees established under subsection (a) of this section; and

(2)

Establish and charge for advertising and posting expenses in addition to the fees established under subsection (a) of this section.

(c)

Payable to Baltimore County. All fees shall be payable to Baltimore County, Maryland, and shall be collected by the agency whose decision is being appealed at the time the appeal or petition is filed.
