§ 3-5-104. RULES OF PRACTICE AND PROCEDURE.

(a)

Previously adopted rules. The rules of practice and procedure previously adopted by the County Board of Appeals and approved by the County Council are incorporated in this Code by reference, as set out in the appendices to the Code.

(b)

Limitations. All appeals to the Board of Appeals are subject to and limited by statutory authority to hear appeals.

(c)

Time for filing. Except as provided by law, all appeals shall be filed in writing with the Board within 30 days after the day of the final action appealed.
