§ 3-3-805. MISCELLANEOUS POWERS AND DUTIES.

(a)

In general. The Electrical Administrative Board shall have the duties and powers necessary and advisable for the proper administration and enforcement of the Electrical Code adopted by the Director of Permits, Approvals and Inspections under Article 21, Title 7 of the Code for the supervision of the electrical business in the county.

(b)

Duties. The Board shall adopt rules of procedure in order to effectively carry out the provisions of this subtitle and Article 21, Title 7 of the Code.
