§ 3-3-804. QUORUM; MEETINGS; COMPENSATION.

(a)

Quorum. A majority of the Electrical Administrative Board is a quorum for the transaction of business.

(b)

Meetings. The Board shall meet at least two times per month and at other times that the proper discharge of its duties may require.

(c)

Compensation.

(1)

The members of the Board serving ex officio may not receive additional compensation for their services on the Board.

(2)

Each appointed member of the Board is entitled to:

(i)

Compensation determined by the County Executive in accordance with the county budget; and

(ii)

Reimbursement for expenses necessarily incurred, if approved by the Board and provided for in the county operating budget.
