§ 3-3-703. COMPENSATION; STAFF.

(a)

Compensation. A director of the County Educational Foundation:

(1)

May not receive compensation as a Director of the Foundation; but

(2)

Is entitled to reimbursement for expenses necessarily incurred, if approved by the Foundation and provided for in the county operating budget.

(b)

Staff. The Foundation may appoint an executive director and other necessary employees whose salaries shall be paid for by appropriations in the county budget.
