§ 3-3-604. MEETINGS; COMPENSATION; STAFF.

(a)

Meetings. The Commission on Disabilities shall meet:

(1)

At least six times each year; and

(2)

As frequently as required in the judgment of the chairman to perform its duties.

(b)

Compensation. A member of the Commission:

(1)

May not receive compensation as a member of the Commission; but

(2)

Is entitled to reimbursement for expenses necessarily incurred, if approved by the Commission and provided for in the county operating budget.

(c)

Staff. Subject to approval of the County Executive and the county's budgetary and fiscal procedures, the Commission shall be provided the staff, support personnel, equipment, and supplies necessary for it to perform its duties and responsibilities.
