§ 3-3-402. MEMBERSHIP.
(a)
Composition; appointment of members. The Animal Hearing Board consists of seven members appointed by the County Executive with the approval of the County Council.
(b)
Qualifications. Each member of the Board must be a resident of the county.
(c)
Tenure; vacancies. The term of a member is 2 years and begins on July 1.
(d)
Removal. The County Administrative Officer may remove a member from the Board for inefficiency, neglect of duty, or malfeasance.
