§ 3-3-303. CHAIRMAN; ADVISORS.

(a)

Chairman. The County Executive shall appoint a member of the Agricultural Land Preservation Advisory Board to serve as chairman for 5 years or until the expiration of the member's term on the Board, whichever is shorter.

(b)

Advisors. A University of Maryland cooperative extension agent and a district conservationist from the County Soil Conservation District shall serve the Board in an advisory non-voting capacity.
