§ 3-3-104. REMOVAL FOR INCOMPETENCE OR MISCONDUCT.

Except as otherwise provided by law, the County Administrative Officer may remove a member appointed or elected to a board, commission, committee, panel, or foundation under the Code for incompetence or misconduct.
