§ 3-2-701. COUNTY TO MAINTAIN A FIRE DEPARTMENT.

The county shall establish, provide equipment for, and maintain a Fire Department for the protection of property against fire in parts of the county that the county, in the exercise of its judgment and discretion, considers necessary.
