§ 3-2-702. CHIEF OF THE FIRE DEPARTMENT.

  • (a)

    Duty. The Chief of the Fire Department, appointed in accordance with § 402 of the Charter, shall supervise all officers and all employees in the Department.

    (b)

    Powers. The Chief of the Fire Department may adopt:

    (1)

    Rules for the proper conduct of officers and employees necessary to effectuate the purposes of this subtitle and Article 14 of the Code; and

    (2)

    Penalties for the infraction of the rules adopted by the Chief.
