§ 3-2-1102. DIRECTOR AND PERSONNEL.

(a)

Director. The Director of Permits, Approvals and Inspections, qualified and appointed in accordance with § 402 of the Charter, shall administer the Department of Permits, Approvals and Inspections.

(b)

Personnel. The Department shall have the personnel considered necessary to carry out the functions and responsibilities assigned to it.
