§ 3-2-1103. DUTIES.

The Department of Permits, Approvals and Inspections shall administer and enforce:

(1)

All laws and regulations associated with:

(i)

The development process; and

(ii)

The permitting and licensing process; and

(2)

Notwithstanding any provision in the Code or in the Baltimore County Zoning Regulations to the contrary:

(i)

All laws, maps, and regulations related to zoning; and

(ii)

Except for the conduct of hearings under Article 32 of the Code, all other administrative matters assigned to the Zoning Commissioner in Article 32 of the Code, by the Baltimore County Zoning Regulations, or under any other authority.
