§ 3-1-302. COUNTY ANNUAL AUDIT.

The County Executive shall:
(1)

Execute a contract with an independent firm of certified public accountants for the performance of a financial audit conducted in accordance with § 312 of the Charter; and

(2)

Submit the contract to the County Council for approval between the first day of January and the last day of February of the fiscal year preceding the contract period.
