§ 3-1-301. MUTUAL AID AGREEMENTS.

The County Executive may effect written or unwritten mutual aid agreements with other governmental jurisdictions:

(1)

For the provision of emergency medical, firefighting, and rescue services; and

(2)

In accordance with § 2-105 of the Criminal Procedure Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland, for the provision of police services.
