§ 3-1-204. SAME — ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT REVENUE BONDS AND HOUSING REVENUE BONDS.

(a)

Fees. Subject to § 3-1-202 of this subtitle, the County Administrative Officer may charge fees for the application for and approval of Economic Development Revenue Bonds and Housing Revenue Bonds and the refunding of the revenue bonds.

(b)

Fees to the revolving financing fund. All fees collected under this section shall be deposited in the economic development revolving financing fund established under Article 10, Title 10 of the Code.
