§ 3-12-105. JURISDICTION.

The Office of Administrative Hearings shall have jurisdiction over:

(1)

Any quasi-judicial Zoning Commissioner's hearing or procedure under the Code or the Baltimore County Zoning Regulations;

(2)

Any quasi-judicial Hearing Officer's hearing or procedure under the Code or the Baltimore County Zoning Regulations;

(3)

A code enforcement citation issued under Title 6 of this article;

(4)

A grievance referred to the Office by the Director of Human Resources or the Personnel and Salary Advisory Board under the Employee Relations Act; and

(5)

Any other matter delegated to the Office.
